All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

  Send the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to our support team for monitoring.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
